Yes I must admit the only redeemable feature of the present Government is that they have not changed Leader. The single most redeemable feature.

Looks like the Libs have taken a leaf out of the Lefties book and switched captains. I feel sorry for Tony. The leftest media destroyed the guy. It is amazing to me that they don't get onto Shorten and the corruption in the unions. Latest thing....burning / dumping documents by the truckload same day the royal commission calls for them....does the good old LBC, our national broadcaster get onto that......noooooooo...... (LBC , not a typo , it is the Labor Broadcasting Commission)

Here we go again....one wants to spend the other wants to spend....Which way will we go. Maybe we can get Trump to become an Aussie and shake up the establishment.

I agree Murray. Voting for either major seems like such a waste of vote and a continuation of the 'Fail Cycle'.

Libs get voted in, Libs fail. ALP gets voted in, ALP fail. Lather rinse repeat ad infinitum.

Might go independent or even this new Flux party - upgrade democracy apparently.

Unless there is the AAP on the ticket. I'd vote for them for sure!

It appears 2/3 of the U.S. population agree with Murray (see poll results below from US news website)... People are tired of political correctness.

A number of European countries have recently voted in "far right" parties that are promising to pull back on the reigns in regards to political correctness and uncontrolled, unchecked immigration. Also, if the polls are correct, Geert Wilders will soon be voted the Dutch PM with a sweeping majority, a man who only a decade ago when he entered parliament was widely ridiculed as a far right extremist bigot and racist... now a large portion of the Dutch population agree with his vision for the country... Which as it turns out isn't akin to Nazism, as the lefties would have everyone believe, but rather just common sense and patriotism... two character traits that used to be considered commendable, but which now make you a far right wing bigot, racist, fascist, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah.

It would appear political correctness, and quite possibly the failed EU experiment (agenda), are heading down the same path to oblivion... and who knows, with a little luck they might both drag the UN into the abyss with them.

Yep, Donald Trump for PM I reckon. Get those far left lefties out of here. All the political correctness. Had enough of it. All the lefties reckon no one will vote for Trump...what a joke, he has swept all before him. People from both sides (except the left lefties) have had enough of the endless circle of sameness. Shorten will run us into more endless debt, suck up to his union bosses, and Turnbull will just keep drifting along.

Well here in SA the stobie poles grew faces pretty much after Mr Turnbill visited Government house...

The thing is. It is against the law to do this until the writs were served which happened a week or so after.
If us ordiary people had done such a thing we would be threatened with all sorts of retributions. The following Tuesday after Big Mal visited Government house The LGA wrote to all parties who put up these faces saying they had to removed.

Do you think the major parties removed these faces?
What type of retribution do you think will be served on the people who kept these faces up?
Well the answers are not everyone, in fact only a few did and none...

Members of palarment are supposed to be lawmakers not lawbreakers and the people who did not take their posters down should be held accountable for breaking the law...
I think the 2 major perties have nothing to offer me and the Liberal member for my area insisted on breaking the law...So I will not be voting for him..In fact...I won't be voting for the labor member either as their policies on gay marriage, forcing their members to vote for it concern me greatly, As does the stand alliance of voteing for it making it law and siding with The Greens on the subject should they win power..And if you pro gay marriage people want to attack me for speaking out against it...Go right ahead because that will just emphasise your campain of attacking anyone who does not agree with your point of view on this..Nick X Alphabet chose not to break the law, and chose to put his faces on the stobie poles after the writs for an election had been served so because of that little difference I think I will vote for him.

Ummm Donald Trump concerns me greatly...I would be happy to see him stick to his businesses and not enter American politics.

    Nuff said

    See ya

    Cheers.

What a bunch of wallies we have for pollies here. Mal is on himself big time, and Shorten is a whopping liar. Protest vote, that is what we have seen. I just hope Senator Xenophon can make a difference and we all go back to the polls in a short while.
