    Hey there

I built a system at home and tried to start up the system. I use ammonia as a start up for the system. pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate level were checked every morning. Until now, it's been 2 weeks, and I still can't stable the system. I've been running the system without fish for 2 weeks. This is level I got this morning.

    pH: 6.0
    Ammonia: 2.0
    Nitrite: 0.0
    Nitrate: 0.0

If any one could tell me what am I doing wrong? On first week I put ammonia solution into the system, it show quite satisfied.:

    pH: 6.6
    Ammonia: 1.0
    Nitrite: 0.5
    Nitrate: 10.0

It was starting to look good but after pH started to drop, many thing look different from what I expect.

    Please help. Thank you
