    Dear forum members

We are starting a medium size back yard aquaponics operation in Werribee.
Would you kindly advise me on where can we buy polysterene rafts in Victoria?

    Many thanks
    Dave

Welcome Dave. I have always noticed driving past coolroom businesses, they have old coolroom sheets lying around......May be able to get them cheap and up cycle....

I don't know is the short answer from me Dave. As a suggestion....Have you tried Clark rubber?...I've also noticed recently that Bunnings have a light weight panel thing that may be good as floating rafts...Not quite the same as poly styrene but may well do the trick...It was in the wood section in a back corner of the trade area...It was a pinky orangy light browny colour if you get my gist...Maybe kind of off white...

    Hi Yoodles,
Where did you get your coolroom panels from?...

    Cheers.

Hope you're right Ringer. Everything I've found now has fire retardant in it. I'll give them a ring tomorrow and find out. Thanks for the info.
