    We have enjoyed giving this service free of charge however ongoing increasing financial costs of running this service is making it increasingly difficult. Up until now we have resisted advertising as a means of a revenue stream to help run this forum but it has become inevitable that extra revenue is required to run this forum.

    We have introduced a donate button to help offset the cost of running this forum. It is completely voluntary, but if you would like to donate, all donations would be greatly appreciated.

    Does anyone know where to source uniseals in Perth? I dont want to pay $40 for postage for some US seals.

    I have Uniseals for 90mm pipe. That is a 3" Uniseal.

    Im in the process of buying all the pvc and fittings for a system very similar to an indi 11.5

    Have you heard of anyone using a chest/deep freezer for a sump tank? Obviously youd have to take all the electrics, compressor etc. off but its water proof and insulated and potentially free, so in theory...

    what do you mean Danscraft? larger freezers?

    and when you say insulated tanks you mean tanks that are purchased with insulation already?

    I need to save on costs - hence the free or cheep freezer

    Chest freezers are good. I have seen them used as fish tanks. They are a bit ugly but from a recycling point of view an excellent idea...and they are well insulated.

    Thanks Yabbies, Murray has stated above that he has 90s' but makes no mention of 40s' & 50s'......I can buy them in Townsville or Perth but not in Brissy.......go figure ?

    Murray, I would like to know where can I buy a good quality uniseal around here (I'm in Bangkok, Thailand). Any good store I can buy from in this area? Any recommendation?
